Tasting note

Poulton Hill Estate Phoenix has a pale straw appearance with a delicious nose of guava and peach. The palate is off dry, refreshing and wonderfully balanced, bursting with sweet melon, pear and creamy apple, which leads to a long, clean and satisfying finish. This wine is prefect to drink on its own or with pasta dishes, Thai cuisine, seafood and cheese.
