Bulari Rosé Half Bottle

The word Bulari is derived from the Latin word Bullarum, meaning bubbles. The Cotswolds, in which the Poulton Hill Estate is located, is steeped in Roman history, with the Roman town of Cirencester close by.

Tasting note

Our Bulari sparkling rosé is wonderfully fresh and fragrant with hints of rose petal and raspberry on the nose. It boasts a delicate mousse with alluring flavours of red berries and tropical fruits on the palate, leading to a dry, crisp finish.
